Renting a storage unit from LOADS is easy and hassle-free. No need to visit an office or speak to someone on the phone; you do everything yourself online. As soon as the payment is processed, you get instant access via our app.

At LOADS , we believe access control can be as simple as a phone call. Thanks to our innovative access system, keys are a thing of the past. With a click on your mobile you get easy access to your storage space. You can also (temporarily) share access with, for example, your children, friends, or employees. In the app, you always have an overview of who has accessed your storage space. More convenience, more security!

It is safe

At LOADS , we take security very seriously and have therefore invested in an extensive security system so that your personal belongings are safely stored at all times. In addition, our locations are always well lit and under video surveillance 24/7 to avoid unwanted visitors.

You get direct access

After you have booked a storage unit online, it is possible to move your belongings directly to your unit. As soon as your booking is processed, you will receive a text message asking you to download our Smart Access App. The App gives you easy access to our storage facilities and to your unit. You can also (temporarily) share access with, for example, your children, friends or employees. In the app, you always have an overview of who has accessed your storage space.
