We rent from 1 month and 1 m³. Do you want to reduce or increase your storage space? Reducing is possible after the first month; an enlargement is usually immediately achievable. Important: A prerequisite for such a transfer is of course the availability of the desired storage space. Send us an e-mail (info@loads.nl) so we can look at the possibilities.

LOADS rents units in a large variety of sizes. Our unit sizes start as small as 1m2.

Reservations can be made up to 1 month in advance. If you would like to reserve your storage unit even further in advance, simply send us an email. Together we will find a solution: info@loads.nl

The minimum duration varies for selfstorage and premium boxes. For selfstorage, the minimum duration of use is 1 month. For a premium box, the minimum duration of use is 6 months. There is no maximum duration. For example, you can sign a contract for an open-ended period of more than 12 months, which is automatically extended by a further month without notice. So you can keep your storage space for as long as you like.

You don't have to! If you don't cancel your contract, it will always be renewed automatically for another month, or for another week if the minimum rental period is one week.

Yes, we are flexible. Reduction of the storage space is possible after the first month. An increase in storage space can usually be performed immediately. Both on the condition that the desired storage space is available. Send us an e-mail (info@loads.nl) to look at the possibilities.

You can easily cancel your contract in the LOADS app: 1. Log in to your app 2. Select your box 3. Click on contract details 4. "Cancel contract" Are you not using the app? Then you can send an e-mail to the location address (almere@loads.nl, tilburg@loads.nl) to confirm your cancellation.

The garageboxes vary from 12 square meters to 80 square meters. You can choose from different sizes in terms of length, width and height.

Yes, our garage boxes are business spaces. Not only can you safely store your belongings here, but you can also use the box as a workspace. Read the house rules beforehand. Some activities are explicitly excluded due to safety and/or nuisance.

Yes! Each garage box is equipped with LED lighting and a double socket.

The garageboxes have a minimum rental period of 6 months. After this period, the lease will be continued in an indefinite period, with a notice period of three months. Are you looking for a more flexible storage space? Then have a look at our self-storage options!

No! If you want to rent a garagebox at Loads, you do not have to pay a deposit.

All garage boxes are accessible by car, even on the 2nd floor.

Self storage is the most flexible solution for both temporary and permanent storage. You rent a space as big as you need and for as long as you want and you always have free access. We offer storage units in different sizes

No – you don't need one. You can open your LOADS box and all the doors of the building on the way to your storage space with the free LOADS app.

You can access your box immediately after you have completed the booking online.

The opening times can vary between the different locations. Most of our locations are open from 06:00 - 23:00.
