What is LOADS.nl?
LOADS.nl offers flexible and secure storage solutions for both individuals and businesses. They have self-storage units and garage boxes at locations in Eindhoven, Tilburg, Spijkenisse and Almere.
What types of storage units are there?
Self-storage units: Ranging from 1 m² to 15 m², ideal for temporary or permanent storage of smaller items. Garage boxes: Larger spaces from 18 m², suitable for storage, workspace or stabling. They are accessible by car and have their own electricity and lighting.
Where are the LOADS.nl locations?
LOADS.nl has locations in Eindhoven, Tilburg, Spijkenisse and Almere.
Garage boxes
What are the features of a garage box?
Garage boxes are larger spaces from 18 m², suitable for storage, workspace or stabling. They are accessible by car and have their own electricity and lighting.
Can I use the garage box as work space?
Yes, garage boxes are suitable as workspace because of their spacious dimensions, high floor load and facilities such as power and lighting.
Contract & Cancellation
What is the minimum rental period?
Minimum rental period varies by location and type of storage unit. Check the specific conditions during the booking process.
How do I cancel my storage unit?
Cancellation can be done via the app: 1. Go to Bookings > More info > Cancellation. 2. Select the desired cancellation date. 3. Click on Save.
What is the notice period?
The notice period is 2 weeks. Please note that for a minimum rental period (e.g. 3, 6 or 12 months), this period must be fully completed before you can cancel.
Pay
What are the costs for renting a storage unit?
Prices vary depending on the location and size of the storage unit. Check current prices on the website's booking page.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made via iDeal during the online booking process. Follow-up payments are always made via direct debit.
Access
What are the opening hours for access to the storage units?
You have access to your storage space at all locations from 06:00 to 23:00, 365 days a year.
How does access to my storage unit work?
Access is via a mobile app. After booking, you will receive login details for the app, with which you can open the gate, access doors and the door to your storage unit or garage box.

Lowest price guarantee - how does it work?
At LOADS.nl you never pay too much. Find a comparable storage unit at a provider in the same region for a lower price within 7 days of booking? Let us know and we will adjust our price accordingly. The price must be demonstrable, current and under the same conditions. For full terms and conditions, please contact our team.
Are my belongings insured?
Your belongings are not insured by default. It is compulsory to insure your goods during the rental period. You can arrange this yourself, or buy appropriate insurance directly through LOADS during the booking process. For more information on the terms and conditions of cover, click here.
Can I give additional users access to my storage unit?
Yes, via the app you can share (temporary) access with, for example, family members, friends or employees.
