Loads.nl provides flexible and secure storage solutions for both individuals and businesses. We offer self-storage units and garage boxes at various locations in the Netherlands.

Loads.nl offers two main types of storage spaces: **Self-storage units:** Ranging from 1 m² to 15 m², ideal for temporary or permanent storage of smaller items. **Garage boxes:** Larger spaces starting at 18 m², suitable for storage, workspace, or parking. These are accessible by car and equipped with electricity and lighting.

Renting a storage unit is easy via the website: 1. Choose your preferred location and storage space. 2. Book directly online using the booking tool. Fill in your information and complete the iDeal payment. 3. After confirmation, you receive an email with your log-in details to our app. With our app you have immediate access to your storage unit.

You can access your storage unit at all locations from 06:00 to 23:00, 365 days a year.

All storage spaces are equipped with 24/7 camera surveillance and modern security technologies. Access is managed through an advanced, keyless system using a mobile app, ensuring only authorized individuals can enter.

Prices vary depending on the location and size of the storage unit. The prices of all available storage units can be found on our booking page. Click on the 'Book now' button and select your preferred storage location to view availability and prices.

At Loads.nl, certain goods and materials are not allowed to be stored in the storage units. In general, the following items are prohibited: **Flammable and explosive substances** – such as gasoline, gas cylinders, fireworks, turpentine, and other flammable materials. **Hazardous chemicals and toxic substances** – such as pesticides, paint thinners, and other harmful chemicals. **Perishable goods** – such as food and other products that can spoil, mold, or attract pests. **Illegal goods** – such as stolen goods, drugs, and weapons. **Living creatures** – such as pets, plants, or other living organisms. **Radioactive or biologically hazardous materials** – such as medical or nuclear waste. **Strongly scented or leak-prone products** – such as chemicals or liquids that could cause damage to other storage units. The notice period is 2 weeks. However, please note: if you have entered into a minimum rental period (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months), you must complete that period before you can cancel the storage unit.
