Step 1. Book your storage online
Not sure how much space you need? No worries, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Once you have selected the right unit type, you will be directed to the check-out page. Is all the information correct? Then you can proceed with the online payment.
Step 2. Direct access
Yes, you read it right, as soon as the payment process is completed, you get instant access to your storage unit!
How does it work exactly? After you have booked a storage unit online, it is possible to move your belongings directly to your unit. As soon as your booking has been processed, you will receive an e-mail asking you to download our Smart Access App and your login details. Can't find the e-mail? Then check your junk mailbox. The App gives you easy access to our storage facilities and to your storage space. You can also view your contract and invoices via the App.
Step 3. Moving your belongings
You've packed all your stuff and you're all set to move your belongings to LOADS!
Use our App to open the gate. Drive through to the entrance and then also use the App to open the entrance door. Park your car and unload your belongings using the available trolleys. Find your unit via the signs on the wall, if necessary you can take the lift to the first or second floor. Once you arrive at your unit, you can use the App to open it. When you leave our location, make sure the unit door is closed properly. The entrance door is already unlocked inside, so you can leave the premises without the App. Then use the App to open the gate.
